About the product

Q: What are the differences between each product?

→Lactoflora, Lactoflora Forte, and Lactoflora Synergy contain lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus).
On the other hand, Lactoferrin Premium does not contain Lactobacillus. Lactoferrin is an ingredient that creates an environment that is favorable for the proliferation of Lactobacillus.

Q. Are Lactoferrin Premium and Lactoflora Synergy the same products sold on Amazon and Rakuten?

→Yes, they are the same products. However, LactoFlora and LactoFlora Forte are only available at Lacto Shops.

Q. Can it be used during pregnancy?

→ Yes, it is safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Q: What is the expiration date of the product?

→The expiration date is printed on the side of the product.
Once opened, use within one month.

Q: How should the products be stored?

→The storage temperature ranges from 4-25 degrees. Short-term minor temperature deviations will not have a significant effect on the quality of the product.
It is fine to store it at room temperature in winter, but please store it in the refrigerator in summer.

About orders

Q: Do I need to register as a member?

→You can purchase without registering as a member.

Q: I haven't received the membership registration email.

→Please check your email reception settings and make sure you can receive emails from "info@lactoflora.org".
Or please check to see if the email has been sent to your spam folder.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once shipping preparations are complete, we will send you an email titled "Shipping Procedures Completed."
Generally, cancellations or changes can be made until that email is sent.
Please contact us using the inquiry form, stating your order number and informing us of your wish to cancel or change your order.

Payment

Q: What is the payment deadline for convenience store payments?

→Payment deadline is 4 days including the day of order.
If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order will be cancelled. (Please note that we will not contact you regarding the cancellation.)
Once an order has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated, so we ask that you place the order again.

Q. An error occurred when I tried to pay by credit card. Has my order been confirmed?

→If your order has been completed, an "order confirmation email" will be sent automatically.
Alternatively, if you are registered as a member when placing an order, you can check your order history on your My Page.

About Shipping

Q: When will the product arrive?

→Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Estimated delivery times are Hokkaido: 3-4 days, Tohoku: 2-3 days, Chubu: 1-2 days, Kanto: 1-2 days, Kansai: 1-2 days, Chugoku: 2 days, Shikoku: 1-2 days, Kyushu: 3 days, Okinawa: about 1 week
The number of days is only a guideline and may vary depending on the situation.
If you pay in advance at a convenience store, your order will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.

Q: Should I choose refrigerated shipping?

→For products other than Lactoferrin Premium or NMN Premium, we recommend shipping by refrigerated delivery service during midsummer.
During other seasons, regular flights are fine.

Q. I would like to use the delivery box when I am not at home.

→If you wish to use a Yu-Pack delivery box, you will need to submit a request form.

→If you would like to pick up your package at a convenience store or post office, please change the pickup location after the product has been shipped.

Q: Is it possible to ship overseas?

→Yes, it is possible. Please select "Overseas" in the prefecture selection field and enter your address.
Also, shipping fees vary depending on the shipping destination, so please find your destination country in the "List of overseas shipping destinations" and select the appropriate option from the three types of overseas shipping (DHL).
